MeasurePRO + RoadScope: Field Capture to Route Intelligence

From Field Measurement to Route Intelligence: MeasurePRO captures the real corridor, then the separate RoadScope platform turns that verified field record into analysis and planning deliverables.

Two systems, one workflow

MeasurePRO runs on a rugged Windows tablet in the survey vehicle. It drives the LiDAR sensor, records clearances with GPS position and synchronized camera evidence, and works fully offline in the field.

RoadScope (roadscope.app) is a separate route-intelligence product under MAP IT. When the vehicle is back online, its completed survey syncs from MeasurePRO to RoadScope. Measurements arrive tied to location and synchronized visual evidence, preserving what the surveyor observed rather than reducing the drive to disconnected numbers.

No re-entering the survey. No rebuilding the route from field notes.

The seven-step data chain

  1. Capture the real corridor. MeasurePRO records LiDAR measurements as the survey vehicle drives, fully offline when required.
  2. Attach place and evidence. Dual GPS/GNSS positioning and synchronized 360-degree camera evidence keep measurements connected to what was seen and where.
  3. Sync the field record. Once online, the completed MeasurePRO survey moves into RoadScope without office staff re-keying observations.
  4. Analyse route constraints. RoadScope maps and analyses measured clearances, compares them with planned transport dimensions, and supports swept-path work and route verdicts.
  5. Review as a planning team. Engineers, permit specialists, carriers and project teams inspect constraints and linked imagery in a shared route context.
  6. Prepare deliverables. RoadScope supports engineering, permitting and client reports using the same evidence captured in the field.
  7. Continue into execution. Approved route intelligence can support the wider MOVE IT. workflow rather than being recreated for the transport team.

The product boundary matters: MeasurePRO measures and records the corridor. RoadScope performs the cloud analysis, reporting and route review. Swept-path analysis and verdicts are not MeasurePRO features or add-ons.

One field record, many decisions

A project-cargo team may need to compare several OOG units against one port-to-site corridor. An abnormal-load operator may need to discuss a bridge, wire or street-furniture intervention with different stakeholders. A mining or energy project may return to the same access route across several campaign phases. In each case, linked measurements and imagery give the team a common basis for evaluating the constraint.

Planning teams can retain the original survey context while preparing the engineering review, permitting support or client deliverable appropriate to their jurisdiction. If roadwork, construction, storms or utility changes alter the corridor, MeasurePRO can capture a fresh field record for comparison and RoadScope can carry that new evidence into the planning workflow.

One Route. One Truth.

Both products are built by SolTec Innovation and participate in one continuous workflow. MeasurePRO owns field capture in MEASURE IT.; RoadScope, SweptPRO and LoadPRO are separate MAP IT. products. Route intelligence then continues into MOVE IT. execution and PROVE IT. reports and permits. The same chain supports LiDAR route surveys, abnormal-load reconnaissance, project cargo corridors, mining transport and energy infrastructure.
